StudentScan Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our Image-to-PDF Maker services.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Local Processing: All image-to-PDF conversion is performed 100% locally on your device. We do not upload your images, documents, or generated PDFs to any external servers.

Gallery Access: The App requires permission to access your device's photo gallery solely to allow you to select images for PDF conversion. We do not "collect" or "harvest" your photos.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. To provide relevant ads, AdMob may collect and use certain data, including:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location (IP-based)

3. Permissions (Android 16 / API 36)

To function correctly on modern Android devices, the App may request:

• Media Access: To select images from your storage.
• Storage Write: To save the final PDF to your "Downloads" or "Documents" folder.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store your files on our servers, we have no user data to delete. Any PDF you create stays on your device until you manually delete it. You can reset your Advertising ID in your Android System Settings at any time.

5. Children's Privacy

StudentScan Pro is a general audience tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us.
